  • SAIL Fitness - Stay Active and Independent for Life (Daytime - 55+)

    Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a strength, balance and fitness program for adults 65 and older. Performing exercises that improve strength, balance and fitness is the single most important activity adults can do to stay active and reduce their chances of falling. This class will combine elements of a variety of different formats, including resistance bands, light weights, body weight, Tai Ji Quan and yoga for balance and flexibility training. Designed to help older adults remain independent and active through enjoyable physical activity.
  • Nutrition & Exercise Challenge – Start Any Time!

    Want to get healthier but not sure how to start? Exercise and nutrition are the pillars for getting healthier, having more energy, and loving your body and mind. Join this 3 week challenge, led by the UpLift Fitness team. You will be given a specific plan for exercise and healthy eating, including spending a full hour in each of three 1-on-1 personal sessions. Let us be your accountability partners.   • POUND - Rockout. Workout. (Cottage Grove)

    Find your inner rock star with this heart-pounding, cardio jam session! This all-ages workout is designed to work your core and scorch calories! Using lightly-weighted drumsticks, the class is guided by upbeat music and upwards of 15,000 stick strikes to the ground and overhead! Get ready to sweat, tone and more importantly rock out to POUND! Age 10 and up welcome to register with a parent. Age 15 and up can register alone.
  • Mat Pilates

    Pilates focuses on strengthening and lengthening muscles while improving coordination, balance, and posture through a series of full-body exercises. It can be modified to work with all fitness levels.
  • Yoga – Level 1 (Prerecorded for Your Convenience)

    A recorded-only class will be sent to you each week via email to watch and practice at your convenience. It will be similar to the online class, but with no Live Zoom meeting to join. This class is a flow-style yoga class, using poses to warm up the body and match breath to movement. It provides opportunities for strengthening and stretching. Many modifications are offered so you can tailor the practice to your own body. It is recommended that you have some previous yoga experience, only because you are practicing at home on your own. Use a yoga mat. Yoga blocks are also recommended but not required. Participants will receive a recording of the current Online Yoga Level 1 class, for that week, on or by Tuesday afternoon. Recordings are typically available for 2 weeks or so after you receive them and you can view them more than once.

  • 30/30 Zumba (Includes Zumba Toning)

    Join us for this hybrid class that combines 30 minutes of Zumba® Fitness followed by 30 minutes of Zumba Toning. It features dance-fitness movements inspired by Latin, international and pop/hip hop music meant to get your heart rate up and warm up your muscles. Then, Zumba Toning incorporates weighted toning sticks or light hand weights (no more than 3lbs each)to your Zumba workout. They function like dumbbells and act as resistance weights to help you tone and sculpt your muscles. Note: You must provide your own weights/toning sticks for class

    Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program (AFEP) is a community-based recreational exercise program developed by the Arthritis Foundation. Trained instructors cover a variety of range-of-motion and endurance-building activities, relaxation techniques, and health education topics. The program’s demonstrated benefits include improved functional ability, decreased depression, and increased confidence. Designed for people living with arthritis or anyone interested in becoming more physically active. No prior experience is necessary, and all ability levels are welcome. This class will be taught by Nationally Certified Personal Trainer Jose.

  • Raptor Speed and Strength Summer Program

    In partnership with Training HAUS, Raptor Speed and Strength is designed to take every athlete to the next level! RSS is a comprehensive training program led by Coach Colvard, a 10-year veteran of the field with experience at two Division 1 universities and who has worked with athletes ranging from youth to professionals. Utilizing elite training methodologies, athletes will train in the weight room to increase strength, power, and physical resiliency, and on the turf to improve speed, agility, and conditioning. In addition, a Registered Sports Dietitian will be on site twice over the summer to discuss sports nutrition topics and answer questions the athletes may have! Camp will not meet June 19 or July 1-5. Participants will receive a t-shirt. On the first day, please report to the location specified on your registration.     With a little help, kids can build strong, healthy bodies and minds through play at Miss Laura's Little Athletes Gym Class. Children and caregivers will engage in music, movement, and play activities that promote early childhood developmental skills. March in the band, run with superhero capes, listen and learn songs with puppets and props, explore hula hoops, parachute, and so much more.
