You'll learn what to look for in simple, reliable charcoal and gas grills and instant-read thermometers; the cuts of meat that can make—or break—your grilling; fruit and vegetables that are terrific on the grill; marinades and rubs. You’ll grill them all outside the classroom door. Though I can’t bring a heavy kamado to class, I can help you improve your grilling on an Egg or Kamado Joe with Q&A. Paint Your Pet - Age 10 and up Welcome!CreateLearn how to create a personalized pet portrait. No experience is needed! You will be taught by a professional pet portrait artist the techniques of painting texture that looks like fur, making eyes that look realistic and other tips to creating your very own pet’s portrait. Cost of the class will include a pre-sketched 16" x 20" canvas, acrylic paint and brushes to use for the evening. All photos are due no later than one week prior to class.
